As a former Corporate Vice President at New York Life Insurance Company, Stephanie brings over 40 years of Fortune 100 management experience in marketing, advertising, and communications. She is the creator of the groundbreaking framework The Digital Rubicon: Mastering the Snap, Surviving the Stretch, providing organizations with the blueprint needed to build cultural elasticity, navigate AI disruption, and move beyond policy into embodied practice.

Stephanie served on the Board of Directors of PFLAG National and was the Chair of their Business Advisory Council. Her extensive legacy of governance includes board service for the LGBT Community Center of New York and the Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund (TLDEF) - now Advocates for Trans Equality - A4TE, alongside past service on the Transgender Advisory Committee of Out & Equal Workplace Advocates.
